Recently, the grassroots trade union (CĐCS) of Hansae TG Co., Ltd. (Tan Huong Industrial Park, Tan Huong commune, Dong Thap province) coordinated with the company's leadership to organize the "Trade Union Meal" program for all officials, union members and employees.
Each meal is worth 63,000 VND, implemented from the grassroots trade union's budget of 43,000 VND, the company's is 20,000 VND, higher than the daily shift meal. The menu of "Trade Union Meals" is supplemented with many rich dishes, ensuring nutrition and food safety and hygiene.
The activity not only helps workers have more quality meals, regenerate labor after working hours, but also shows the practical concern and care of trade union organizations and businesses for workers' lives.
In the company's dining space, the atmosphere was cozy and joyful when company leaders, the Executive Committee of the grassroots trade union, and union members and employees gathered around the meal trays. Words of concern, sharing, and encouragement contributed to further strengthening the relationship between employers and employees, building a united and friendly working environment.
