According to the plan, all 4 projects must be completed, handed over and put into use before August 30, 2026.
To date, the boarding school project in Muong Khuong and A Mu Sung communes has reached over 96% of the volume. Two projects in Y Ty and Pha Long have reached over 88% of the volume.
Mr. Phan Van Vinh, official of the Lao Cai Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board, said that the unit is regularly urging contractors to focus manpower and accelerate construction progress.
Currently, we are urging the contractor to urgently construct. This is a task under the direction of the Central Government, which must be completed before the new school year," Mr. Vinh said.

According to the Lao Cai Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board, contractors have built detailed progress for each item, increased manpower, supplemented equipment and organized construction in shifts.
Difficulties arising at the construction site are regularly inspected and coordinated by the parties to handle so as not to affect the overall progress.
In parallel with completing construction, preparations to put 4 schools into operation are also being implemented.
Up to now, the enrollment plan, arrangement of officials, teachers, and staff has basically been completed.
