Previously, Ms. Nguyen Thi Hai was reflected and denounced for many contents related to the management and administration of the school such as financial revenue and expenditure, payment of bonuses and policies, collecting overtime teaching fees but not paying teachers, mobilizing assets from parents, infringing on the rights of employees...

After the verification process, Minh Luong Commune People's Committee concluded that some reflected contents were correct.
Regarding the reflection on "hanging up, matching" teaching hours to receive overtime pay, the verification agency said that there was no basis. The dossier shows that the listing and request for payment of overtime pay were carried out in accordance with regulations and the funds have been transferred to teachers.
However, the content reflecting the collection of overtime money from teachers was determined to be correct.
The verification results based on the explanation report of Ms. Nguyen Thi Hai, the minutes of working with 16 teachers, along with documents and transfer messages, showed that after receiving overtime teaching money, the teachers had transferred a part of the funds to establish the school's tourism fund.

According to Minh Luong Commune People's Committee, the establishment of a tourism fund is an internal activity that the collective of teachers has agreed to implement for many years. However, there are still teachers who request to calculate and refund the remaining expenses after trips.
To definitively resolve the case, the Commune People's Committee assigned the Board of Directors of Minh Luong Kindergarten to organize a meeting of all teachers, agree on a handling plan and report the results according to regulations.
In addition, the verifying agency concluded that it was true for the reflection that Ms. Nguyen Thi Hai brought 1 chicken belonging to the "1 tree - 1 animal" model of the school to her private house. The Chairman of Minh Luong Commune People's Committee requested the female principal to seriously review and learn from experience.
The Commune People's Committee also concluded that the content of the accusation that Ms. Nguyen Thi Hai arbitrarily collected salaries from cooks during the holiday was correct.
The verification results showed that Ms. Nguyen Thi Hai had approved calculating more than 50 working days for 5 employees, with a total amount of more than 5.5 million VND. After that, this amount was recovered but without notice or document sent to employees.
According to Minh Luong Commune People's Committee, the above action does not ensure the provisions of the 2015 Accounting Law.

Based on the verification results, the Chairman of Minh Luong Commune People's Committee assigned the Department of Culture and Social Affairs to advise on reviewing and handling responsibilities for relevant collectives and individuals according to regulations.
Regarding the contents of denunciations on financial revenue and expenditure, bonus payment and policy regimes, Lao Cai Provincial Police are handling and resolving them according to their authority.
