The People's Committee of Da Nang City has just issued a decision to rename 13 public service units under the Department of Education and Training of Quang Nam province (old), now under the Department of Education and Training of Da Nang City.
Change the name of Nam Tra My District Boarding School for Ethnic Minorities (Nam Tra My District Boarding Secondary and High School for Ethnic Minorities) to Nam Tra My Secondary and High School for Ethnic Minorities; Bac Tra My District Boarding School for Ethnic Minorities and Water Oa High School for Ethnic Minorities; Phuoc Son District Boarding School for Ethnic Minorities and High School for Ethnic Minorities to Phuoc Son Secondary and High School for Ethnic Minorities; Quang Nam Province Boarding School for Ethnic Minorities to Quang Nam High School for Ethnic Minorities.
High schools in the districts and cities previously in Quang Nam have also been renamed to distinguish them from schools with the same name and current level of education in Da Nang. Specifically, renaming Nguyen Hien High School to Nguyen Hien - Duy Xuyen High School; renaming Nguyen Trai High School to Nguyen Trai - Hoi An High School; renaming Pham Phu Thu High School to Pham Phu Thu - Go Noi High School, renaming Phan Chau Trinh High School to Phan Chau Trinh - Tien Phuoc High School. Quang Trung High School will be named Quang Trung - Dong Giang High School; Thai Phien High School will be named Thai Phien - Thang Binh High School; Tran Phu High School will be named Tran Phu - Viet An High School; Vo Chi Cong High School will be named Vo Chi Cong - Hung Son High School.
The Center for Continuing Education (CET) of Quang Nam province will have a new name, CET No. 4.
