Solutions for human resource needs in Da Nang

Da Nang is oriented to become an international economic, technological and tourism center. The demand for highly qualified human resources and international skills is increasing, while finding suitable human resources is still a challenge.

MPV's program is a new training option, allowing students to study according to international standards right in Vietnam. Graduates will receive a Melbourne Polytechnic (Australia) degree, which is of global value, facilitating them when participating in the international labor market or working at multinational corporations.

Mr. Timothy Gilbert, representative of Melbourne Polytechnic Vietnam, said: The program not only equips with professional knowledge but also focuses on practical skills, helping students meet the requirements of the labor market.

Program characteristics and linkages with businesses

Unlike the joint training model, Melbourne Polytechnic Vietnam directly operates the program, ensuring teaching quality, facilities and assessment standards consistent with those of Australian facilities. Students are able to participate in practical projects and intern at businesses to accumulate experience right in the learning process.

The presence of MPV in Da Nang also received attention from the business community. Mr. Mouhssin El Jazouli, Director of Trungnam Electronics Manufacturing Services (China EMS), said: The early presence of MPVs is in line with the unit's expectations, allowing Trungnam EMS to directly approach students trained according to international standards. We are ready to cooperate in the internship, research and development process to prepare a foundation for young talents.

In 2025, MPV will enroll at four locations: Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang and Can Tho. The curriculum is taught in English, with a team of quality lecturers who have achieved international teaching certificates.

At Da Nang campus, training majors include: Marketing - Communication, Graphic Design. Graduates will receive a Melbourne Polytechnic degree (Australia), which is valuable for transfer to higher education levels in Australia and many other countries, while opening up job opportunities in multinational corporations and groups.
