Responding to voters' opinions, Mr. Nguyen Van Quang - Secretary of the Da Nang City Party Committee requested the People's Committee of Ngu Hanh Son District to send a specific report to the City People's Committee and the National Assembly delegation to consider and evaluate the feasibility of phase 2 of this project.

“If the central authorities do not decide to implement phase 2, the planning may have to be canceled to ensure people's lives. If it continues, a mechanism must be established for the city to resolve the issue as in phase 1," Mr. Quang emphasized.

The Secretary of the Da Nang City Party Committee also added that completing phase 1 of the Da Nang University Village Project is the city's determination in this term. If it is implemented while waiting for instructions from the central government, it will not be possible.

Therefore, in the last term, the city leaders decided to use the city budget to invest in resettlement areas for people during the clearance process.
