According to information on the comments portal, voters requested Da Nang City to direct the Da Nang Traffic and Agricultural Construction Investment Project Management Board to speed up the investment progress of Pham Ngoc Thach Secondary School and To Vinh Dien Primary School.
Responding to this content, the Management Board of Investment and Construction of Traffic and Agricultural Works of Da Nang - informed that for the 2 projects of Renovation, upgrading and expansion of Pham Ngoc Thach Secondary School and Renovation and upgrading of To Vinh Dien Primary School (now Son Tra Ward), the Management Board of Investment and Construction of Traffic and Agricultural Works of Da Nang is submitting to the Department of Construction for appraisal the Project Feasibility Study Report.
It is expected that the Construction Investment Project will be appraised and approved in August 2025. After the project is approved, the Project Management Board will submit to the People's Committee of Da Nang City additional capital and implement the next steps related to submitting for appraisal the construction drawing design documents, construction bidding and some other related contents according to regulations;
It is expected that the above projects will be implemented around the end of the first quarter of 2026.
In addition, for the land area expanded to Pham Ngoc Thach school, the unit requested the People's Committee of Son Tra ward to guide the school to implement according to the provisions of Article 101 of Decree No. 151/2025/ND-CP dated June 12, 2025 of the Government (effective from July 1, 2025) for cases of land allocation to public service units using land for construction of public works that have been delegated to the People's Committees at the commune level and Chairmen of the People's Committees at the commune level.
