Based on the data on high school academic results (called high school transcripts) and the results of the 2025 high school graduation exam of all candidates applying for full-time university admission, Can Tho University announced a conversion table of scores equivalent to the transcript scores with the 2025 high school graduation exam scores according to the division for each subject ( Math, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Literature, History, Geography, English, French, Information Technology, Industrial Technology, Agricultural Technology, Economic Education and Law and Civic Education).
This conversion table is used in the 2025 regular university admission of Can Tho University.

x is the candidate's academic transcript score calculated according to the formula ( Method 3):
a, b are two milestones determining the average Record score (a < x ≤ b);
y is the conversion score equivalent to high school graduation score;
c, d are two milestones to determine the corresponding high school graduation score (c < y ≤ d).
For example: students with a Literature transcript score of 8.25 points, converted as follows:
- Based on the Literature Score Conversion Table, students' academic records x = 8.25 are in the range of 8.10 x < ≤ 8.37, ranked at 30%, so a = 8.10; b = 8.37; c = 8.00 and d = 8.25. Applying the linear endogenous formula, the transcript score after converting to the high school graduation exam score is calculated as follows:
- This means that students will achieve 8.25 points in Literature equivalent to 8.14 points in Literature in the 2025 high school graduation exam.
