Based on the data on the results of the university entrance exam on computer (V-SAT) of higher education institutions and the results of the 2025 High School Graduation Exam, Can Tho University announced the conversion table of scores equivalent to V-SAT exam scores with the 2025 high school graduation exam scores according to the classification for each subject of the V-SAT Exam (Math, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, History, Geography, English and Literature).
This conversion table is used in regular university admissions in 2025.

convert instructions: Apply the linear endogenous formula and the Scoreboard for converting subjects to convert V-SAT exam scores equivalent to the 2025 high school graduation exam scores, as follows:

In which: x is the candidate's V-SAT score; a, b are two milestones determining the V-SAT exam score range (a < x ≤ b); y is the conversion point equivalent to the high school graduation score; c, d are two milestones determining the corresponding high school graduation score range (c < y ≤ d).
For example: students with a V-SAT score in Math is 115 points, converted as follows:
Based on the Mathematical Score Conversion Table, students' V-SAT scores x = 115 are in the range of 114.5 < x ≤ 122.55, ranked at 20%, so a = 114.5; b = 122.5; c = 7.0 and d = 7.75. Applying the linear endogenous formula, the V-SAT exam score after converting to the high school graduation exam score is calculated according to the formula:

This means that students will achieve 115 points in Mathematics subjects in the V-SAT exam, equivalent to 7.05 points in Mathematics subjects in the 2025 high school graduation exam.
