On April 13, 2025, Hue University - Hue University celebrated the 10th anniversary of the establishment of the University (3.3.2015 - 3.3.2025), 68 years of establishment and development (1957 - 2025) and received the Third -class Labor Medal awarded by the President.
The forerunner of the University is the Faculty of Hue University Institute, established in 1957. After many development stages, by 2015, the Prime Minister signed the decision to establish a Law University under Hue University - marking a big turning point on the journey to build a prestigious law training facility in the Central - Central Highlands and the whole country.
After a decade of establishment, the school achieved many outstanding achievements. From 71 organic lecturers in 2015, in September 2024, the lecturers increased to 171 people, including 5 associate professors, 39 doctorate, 113 masters. The school currently trains PhD in economic law, two masters programs and two bachelors, including the Vietnamese - UK Bilingual Training Program, meeting the requirements of international integration.
Not only focusing on improving the quality of training, the University of Law, Hue University also affirms the role in scientific research and international cooperation.
The school has organized 9 national scientific seminars, 5 international seminars, welcoming 17 delegations from countries such as Japan, France, the United States and Thailand. In particular, the school is in charge of the president of the network of law training institutions in Vietnam (Vietnamese Law School Network) for the 2024-2026 term and is ranked the law industry in the group 601+ in the rankings of Times Higher Education (The).
In the field of community service, the school has granted thousands of students, graduate students, graduate students; Actively training human resources for Laos and effectively implementing legal education programs, humanitarian blood donation ... These contributions have helped the school receive many certificates of merit, emulation flags of the Ministry of Education and Training, central and local socio -political organizations.
With these typical achievements, this year's anniversary becomes more and more meaningful when the University of Law, Hue University is honored to receive the Third -class Labor Medal - a noble reward that acknowledged outstanding contributions to education, training and development of legal human resources for the country.
