The Cat Hai High School New Construction Investment Project is a group B project with a total estimated investment of 143,868 billion VND, of which the city budget spends 113,137 billion VND and the Cat Hai district budget spends 30,731 billion VND.
The project will be implemented in Van Phong commune, Cat Hai district from 2024 to 2027. In which, the project preparation phase is 2024 - 2025; the project implementation phase is 2025 - 2027.
The project scale includes a 4-storey head office building with an area of about 577 m2, 2 4-storey classroom buildings with an area of 620 m2 each, a multi-purpose building with an area of about 525 m2, a 2-storey parking lot with a construction area of 300 m2, synchronous technical infrastructure and auxiliary works such as gates, surrounding walls, guardhouses, gardens, and landscapes.
The project's objective is to invest in the construction of a new Cat Hai High School to meet teaching and learning needs and to meet national standards; to serve the handover of the school's current premises to investors as planned.
