The organization of teaching computer science for grades 4 and 5 and the contract with an individual (Mr. T.S.N) to teach computer science is incorrect... (according to regulations, a contract must be signed with an organization with an establishment license and an operating license). The collection of tuition fees, the list of fees collected, and the revenue and expenditure budget were approved by the school's Parents' Representative Board. However, after comparing the amount spent, nearly 85 million VND, although there were invoices and documents, there was no budget and no opinion from the parents, so the use of this money was not for the right purpose. Because this is the source of money contributed by the parents, it is necessary to ask for the parents' decision on this amount of nearly 85 million VND.
"Regarding this content, the responsibility of the City Department of Education and Training has been to approve teaching IT for grades 4 and 5 of Trinh Hoai Duc Primary School in Document No. 37/PGDDT dated November 11, 2022, which is not in accordance with the above regulations.
