With the calculation of scores for 3 subjects Math, Literature, Foreign Language not multiplied by a coefficient, on average, candidates must achieve nearly 8.7 points per subject to be admitted to these 3 schools.
There are 17 schools with a 10th grade benchmark score of 24 points or higher, equivalent to candidates averaging 8 points or higher per subject to be admitted.
Meanwhile, in the opposite direction, there are still high schools in Hanoi with very low benchmark scores, below 15 points for 3 exam subjects.
For example, Minh Chau Primary, Secondary and High School, the benchmark score for admission to the school this year is 8.5 points. Thus, candidates who averaged less than 3 points per subject have been admitted.
This is the first year this school has been in operation, officially enrolling 10th grade students. The school was reorganized from Minh Chau Primary and Secondary School of Minh Chau commune, formerly Ba Vi district.

According to the plan of the Hanoi Department of Education and Training, after knowing the exam scores and benchmark scores, Hanoi candidates who need to re-examine can submit applications from June 19 to 25, 2026.
From 1:30 PM on June 25 to 27, 2026, students admitted to public high schools and specialized schools will confirm enrollment online or in person.
This is also the time when schools receive admission applications according to regulations. For cases that need to be supplemented, confirmation of direct enrollment and completion of applications will continue to be implemented from July 4 to 6, 2026.
