On September 29, information from the People's Committee of Dien Bien province said that the province has just issued Official Letter No. 5178 on the implementation of the 2025 enrollment exam.
Accordingly, the total target for university admission in 2025 approved by the Ministry of Education and Training for Dien Bien province is 148 targets.
All of the above targets are focused on teacher training majors, specifically: English Pedagogy 59 targets; IT Pedagogy 26 targets; Music Pedagogy 18 targets; Fine Arts Pedagogy 13 targets; Primary Education 32 targets.
The Provincial People's Committee also assigned the Department of Education and Training to preside over and coordinate with the People's Committees of communes and wards to urgently implement the 2025 enrollment recruitment in accordance with the allocation targets and the direction of the Ministry of Education and Training.
Previously (September 26), the Ministry of Education and Training informed the People's Committee of Dien Bien province about the number of candidates for university admission according to the province's training major in 2025.
The Ministry requests the People's Committee of Dien Bien province to organize the selection of subjects for admission to comply with current regulations on admission regimes and policies according to Government regulations; comply with the threshold for ensuring input quality according to the regulations of the training institution.
"The selection must be associated with the need to arrange for people to study under the selection regime after graduation to work in the locality, ensuring compliance with the selection policy...", the announcement stated.
