Accordingly, 4 schools were approved, including: Thanh Chan High School, Thanh Nua High School, Muong Thanh High School for the Gifted and Ethnic Minorities and Luong The Vinh Secondary and High School.
Specifically, Thanh Chan High School, the property approved for lease is 1 room in a dining hall with an area of 79.3m2. The original value of the property was over 174 million VND, the remaining value was over 81 million VND.
For Thanh Nua High School, the leased property is part of the Dining House project with an area of 20m2. The original value of the property was nearly 67 million VND, the remaining value was more than 35 million VND.
At Muong Thanh High School for Ethnic Minorities, the property is 1 room of the Dining House project, area of 30m2. Notably, this asset has a face value of more than 46 million VND but the remaining value is only 0 VND.
For Luong The Vinh Secondary and High School, the property for rent is a temporary house with a corrugated iron wall and corrugated iron roof with an area of 48m2. The original value of the property was nearly 57 million VND, the remaining value was more than 34 million VND.
To ensure transparency and economic efficiency, the People's Committee of Dien Bien province requires the implementation method to be public auction. The rental price will be the winning auction price. The lease term is 5 years.
