On the afternoon of November 16, the Dien Bien Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce the decision of the Central Party Secretariat on personnel work. Accordingly, Mr. Le Van Luong - Chairman of Lai Chau Provincial People's Committee was transferred and appointed to the position of Deputy Secretary of Dien Bien Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030.
Attending the announcement of the decision were Mr. Nguyen Quang Duong, member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Organization Committee, and representatives of the leaders of Dien Bien and Lai Chau provinces.
Speaking at the announcement ceremony, Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee Nguyen Quang Duong requested leaders and officials of Dien Bien province to continue to promote the spirit of solidarity, support comrade Le Van Luong to successfully complete his tasks, and contribute to helping Dien Bien successfully achieve the goals set by the 15th Dien Bien Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030.
Speaking at the ceremony, the new Deputy Secretary of Dien Bien Le Van Luong expressed his deep gratitude to the Politburo, the Central Party Secretariat and the Party Executive Committees of Dien Bien and Lai Chau provinces. At the same time, he said he wished to do his best to join the Executive Committee and the Standing Committee of the Dien Bien Provincial Party Committee to perform well the assigned tasks.
