Meanwhile, Ms. Le Thi Quynh (Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi) went to the one-stop department at Thanh Xuan District People's Committee to receive the results of the license to register for extra teaching business.
Sharing with reporters, Ms. Quynh said: "My child is an English teacher at a public school. Because I could not register myself, I had to do business procedures on my child's behalf.
On February 14, I went to the one-stop department to find a way to register, there were many documents that needed to be completed. After 4 days, I was scheduled to come back to get the results, I don't know if I have been approved or not and still have to amend and supplement many times".
Ms. Quynh has a set of documents to register for a business license to teach extra classes, opened with many accompanying documents, including: health certificate, preliminary background of business owner, birth certificate, citizen identification photo, English certificate, certificate of completion of 120-session training course on Law Firm Composition and Information Technology Application in Teaching...
Looking at the extensive collection of documents, Ms. Quynh said: "The most important thing in this collection of documents is the retirement decision of teachers and the ESL English teaching method certificate with a total duration of 80 lectures. Because I was a teacher before, if these two documents were missing, it would be meaningless to be in the household name".
Ms. Quynh said that her daughter once considered going to a teacher training center, but in the end she had to make her own documents to open an extra-curricular center for her child. Because if you register with tutoring institutions, the cost will increase significantly.
"I asked some centers, but had to mobilize myself. Every month, if my daughter teaches them for hire, I have to pay back 40% of the cost. That is too high" - Ms. Quynh added.

Prohibit extra teaching for primary school students (except for arts, sports, life skills) and students from studying 2 sessions/day.
