After the reflection of Lao Dong Newspaper, many parents of Nam Ly Primary School No. 1 (Dong Hoi Ward, Quang Tri) continued to send information about being required to sign a list of voluntary support contributions, but the amount of money was set at a minimum of 312,000 VND/student, causing many people to worry that they no longer have the right to choose to voluntarily. The school's principal confirmed the call for sponsorship with a total of 318 million VND to repair and upgrade facilities, but admitted that there was a situation of setting a payment level that was not in accordance with regulations and committed to inspect and rectify.

The principal said that the above fees are guided by the Department of Education and Training and approved by the Ward People's Committee, including voluntary services and facility support, which are also collected voluntarily, without fixed payment levels.
