Public high school 10th grade exam under new program enters peak period
On June 1-2, 2025, more than 6,000 candidates will take the 10th grade entrance exam at the High School for the Gifted in Foreign Languages and the High School for the Gifted in Natural Sciences, with a high competition rate, such as IT major of 1/8.1 and Russian major of 1/7. Instead of only choosing specialized schools under the Hanoi Department of Education and Training, many students have put their trust in specialized universities to reduce pressure.
This year's 10th grade entrance exam is held simultaneously in many provinces, in Hanoi this important exam will take place from June 6-9 with nearly 104,000 candidates registered.
