Quang Tri Department of Education and Training requests police to verify school transcripts with unusual place names
On August 5, in an exchange with a reporter from Lao Dong Newspaper, a representative of the Department of Education and Training of Quang Tri province said that they are coordinating with functional forces to inspect and verify the report card of Mr. Vo Danh Thuan - Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Sen Ngu commune.
According to the Department of Education and Training of Quang Tri province, after conducting an inspection of the dossier related to Mr. Vo Danh Thuan, the unit sent an official letter to the Quang Tri Provincial Police to continue clarifying. The content requesting verification of Mr. Thuan's secondary school transcript is whether it was issued by Hung Thuy Secondary School (Le Thuy district, former Quang Binh province) or not.

More than 120,000 preschool teachers quit their jobs and have not yet received benefits
Many kindergarten teachers entered the industry from the 1960s - 1970s. After 20-30 years of work, they quit their jobs and did not enjoy regimes and policies.
The above content is stated in the Draft Resolution on the allowance regime for preschool teachers who have retired from work and have not yet enjoyed the regime.
In the draft, the Ministry of Education and Training said that, according to reports from provinces and cities directly under the Central Government, there are over 120,000 preschool teachers nationwide who have worked but have not received benefits, concentrated in provinces from Quang Binh (old) to the North.
These teachers have participated in teaching and working at nurseries, kindergartens, and beginners classes in production teams, cooperatives, farms, forestry farms, enterprises... belonging to communes, wards, villages, hamlets, rural and forestry farms...; the subjects of teaching are children of commune members, workers, cadres, soldiers participating in the resistance war, labor... Gia Lai plans to reduce nearly half of the number of schools after rearrangement
Gia Lai province currently has 1,283 public educational institutions, including 379 kindergartens, 405 primary schools, 298 secondary schools, 82 primary and secondary schools, 102 schools with the highest level of education being high school, 1 Hy Vong Quy Nhon Specialized School, 15 Vocational Education - Continuing Education Centers (GDNN-GDTX) and 1 GDTX Center.
According to the arrangement plan for preschool, general education, continuing education and vocational education-continuing education institutions in the province, Gia Lai will maintain stability with 1 continuing education center and 15 vocational education-continuing education centers.
