On the evening of May 30, in Can Tho city, the program "Exchange of outstanding ethnic minority students of Southern Culture, Sports and Tourism schools for the 9th time, 2025" took place.

Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Hoang Dao Cuong said that the program is not only a political and cultural event, but also an inspiring space, a place to meet, connect, and spread the spirit of national solidarity, spreading noble human values.
Deputy Minister Hoang Dao Cuong stated that this is a playground for students to share their dreams and aspirations, and together affirm the value of Vietnamese national identity in the new era.

Deputy Minister Hoang Dao Cuong said that we are living in an era of unprecedented development of humanity - where digital technology, artificial intelligence (AI), and social networks are changing every aspect of life. Opportunities and challenges intertwined, the luggage to enter life is not only knowledge of books, but also the ability to adapt, ethics, courage and identity.
According to Deputy Minister Hoang Dao Cuong, artificial intelligence (AI) can support humans in many fields such as writing, accounting, and painting. However, AI cannot replace intelligence, emotions, ideals and aspirations that only exist in humans.
In this context, students need to equip themselves not only with knowledge and skills but also to preserve the core of national culture as an essential daily task.
The Deputy Minister encouraged that the younger generation should master the digital space, cultural space and startup space. confidently enter the modern world with traditional costumes, homeland languages and a pure, noble soul imbued with national cultural identity.

Ethnic minority students are considered the embodiment of aspiration and the ones who spread Vietnamese culture, knowledge and values to the world. Although the current achievement is proud, it is just the beginning. They need to continue to study, practice physical fitness, ethics, life skills and constantly integrate internationally.
