The Hanoi People's Committee has just issued Decision 2948/QD-UBND on leasing 38,886.8m2 of land in Bo De Ward, Long Bien District to S.S.G Group Joint Stock Company to implement the investment project to build a high-quality Muon Xuan High School in Bo De Ward, Long Bien District.
According to the Decision, S.S.G Group Joint Stock Company leased land to build a high-quality high-level high school according to Decision No. 1114/QD-UBND dated April 17, 2012 of the People's Committee of Long Bien District on approving the results of selecting investors to implement the project in the form of bidding to select investors; location and boundary of the land area limited by the following markers: A, B, C, D, E, E * K * L, L1, L2, M, M1, M2, N in the diagram attached to the coordinate location report dated April 26, 2023 of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment (now the Department of Agriculture and Environment) and the draw of the QH-02 Master Plan, scale 1/500, approved by Ho Chi Minh City Architecture Company Limited and the Department of Construction, the planning of the land lease is the form of land lease, including the State's decision to lease and lease land from the year of the year of the lease and the lease date of the year of the lease.
S.S.G Group Joint Stock Company is responsible for contacting the Department of Agriculture and Environment to determine land rent and to be handed over land on the map and off the field, sign a land lease contract and issue a Certificate of land use rights, house ownership rights and other assets attached to land according to regulations. At the same time, use the allocated land area within the boundary; comply with regulations on investment and construction management.
Within 12 months from the date of site handover, the Company must put the land into use. If the land is not put into use after 24 months and the 24-month extension period has expired but the land has not been put into use or the land is not used in accordance with the content, the City People's Committee will reclaim the land without compensation.
Responsibilities of relevant agencies: Department of Agriculture and Environment determines financial obligations, grants Land Use Rights Certificates, supervises compliance with land laws; Department of Construction appraises design, grants construction permits, supervises works; Department of Finance, Department of Planning and Architecture, Tax Department of Region I support, supervises progress, financial obligations, and is in accordance with planning; People's Committee of Long Bien District manages land origin, site clearance; proposes a plan to use an area of 2,849m2 of green trees planted in isolation according to plan.
According to statistics from the Hanoi Department of Education and Training, there are currently 17 public schools in the city, 6 private schools recognized as meeting high quality criteria. In which, there are 2 high schools, Phan Huy Chu - Dong Da and Le Loi.
