Celebrating the 42nd anniversary of Vietnamese Teachers' Day (November 20, 1982 - November 20, 2024); to recognize and honor outstanding teachers, school leaders, and teachers who are Team Leaders with outstanding achievements, on November 17, 2024 at Le Duan School, the City Youth Union - Hanoi City Team Council organized a program to honor outstanding Principals and teachers who are Team Leaders of the Capital in 2024.
The City Youth Union - City Young Pioneer Council honored 48 teachers and principals of primary and secondary schools who have made many contributions to the work of the Young Pioneers and the children's movement in the capital; commended 49 comrades who are teachers who are outstanding Young Pioneers in the capital in 2024; these are core teachers who have promoted the spirit of initiative and creativity in performing professional tasks and political tasks of the school, actively participating in movements and activities of the city. At the program, the Standing Committee of the City Youth Union and the Hanoi Young Pioneer Council sent congratulations to teachers, teachers who are Young Pioneers in charge, and cadres working in the education sector on the occasion of the 42nd anniversary of Vietnamese Teachers' Day.
Speaking at the program, Deputy Secretary of the City Youth Union, Chairman of the Hanoi City Youth Union Council Dao Duc Viet praised and congratulated the achievements of the principals and teachers who are in charge of the Youth Union; at the same time, he emphasized that the Vietnamese people have a tradition of studiousness and "respect for teachers"; that tradition has been preserved by many generations of Vietnamese students as a sacred flame, a good morality of the nation...
"In recent years, the work of the Youth Union, the work of the Young Pioneers and the youth movement have developed quite comprehensively, creating a good impression in social life. In those common achievements, there are very positive contributions from teachers and principals of primary and secondary schools - those who shoulder the most important career, in the most noble profession of cultivating people; teachers who are the General Managers of the Capital Young Pioneers - this is the core force, who have deployed revolutionary action movements to students, young pioneers and children, and at the same time are also the ones who inspire the students to ignite the passion for learning" - Deputy Secretary of the City Youth Union, Chairman of the Hanoi Young Pioneers Council Dao Duc Viet said.
At the program, teacher Nguyen Anh Tuan, Principal of Chu Van An Secondary School (Long Bien District, Hanoi) said: "The Team work programs that the Team Councils at all levels build and deploy to school units every year are of great importance. Team work not only creates a useful playground but also contributes significantly to educating ethics, life skills, and fostering revolutionary ideals... Thereby, creating a healthy learning and training environment to motivate students to strive for educational effectiveness."
