Regarding enrollment in preschool classes, preschool education institutions publicly announce enrollment targets and organize the reception of children of each age in the residential area according to regulations, responsible for creating conditions for children with disabilities to participate in integrated education.
For first-grade admission, the age of children entering first grade is 6 years old (born in 2019). In particular, mobilize disabled children, children in especially difficult circumstances, and children from abroad to study in the country, currently living in wards/communes/ towns according to the prescribed enrollment distribution line.
In cases where students are ethnic minorities, students with disabilities, students in especially difficult circumstances, students studying abroad returning home can enter higher education at an age higher than the prescribed age. In other cases, the Department of Education and Training shall submit to the People's Committees of districts, towns, and Thuy Nguyen City for consideration and decision.
Register for admission online; in case the admission is not eligible for online registration, it must be done directly or by post.
After being notified of admission, students submit their application (according to regulations) to the school to register for admission so that the Admissions Council can compare, make a list, submit admission results for approval and store student records according to regulations. In case there is a difference between the online registration form and the original form, the Admissions Council will base on the original form to determine the admission results. Units do not collect enrollment fees.
The Department of Education and Training of the city and districts coordinates with the professional and professional departments of the district People's Committee; Party committees, commune/town governments and school administrators shall base on the number of children in the age in the area, facilities, advisory teams and propose district -level People's Committees to decide to assign enrollment targets to schools, perform subdivision work in accordance with the teaching conditions of schools. Units notify the criteria for teachers, students and parents at least 15 days in advance when performing enrollment.
Admission period is from July 1 to July; no applications are accepted before July 1.

Implement enrollment in accordance with the direction of the City People's Committee and the instructions of the Department of Education and Training to ensure safety, objectivity, fairness, seriousness and efficiency.
Units organize enrollment in accordance with regulations; provide complete and clear enrollment instructions, creating convenience for students and parents; raise awareness of responsibility, promote the supervisory role of parents in the enrollment process, create conditions for children to go to school, ensure children's right to study.
