Mobilizing 3,400 officials to review and mark exams
According to the report of the Department of Education and Training of Hai Phong City, the total number of candidates registered to take the 10th grade public high school entrance exam (no major) is 25,977 students; 1,899 candidates registered to take the exam to Tran Phu High School for the Gifted, with a total of 2,170 exams.
Statistics on registration for each major show the differentiation of candidates' aspirations: English major has the highest number of registrations with 538 candidates, followed by Literature (383) and Math (324).
To organize the exam, the city mobilizes maximum resources and implements a methodical organization plan; in which, it is expected to arrange 43 examination boards for the non-professional block, with a total of 1,102 exam rooms. Tran Phu specialized block will have a review council of 97 exam rooms.
The Department mobilizes about 3,400 officials and teachers to participate in exams and examinations. Specifically, more than 3,062 supervisors, 44 presidents of the Council considered the exam, 108 vice presidents, 186 Secretary members. Besides, each test site also has a service force, protecting about 528 people. The 10th grade entrance examination is expected to mobilize 670 officials and teachers of subjects to participate in the essay and multiple -choice test. The examination council is located at Thai Phien High School, this is a site of concentrated and safe isolation. Examination time is expected from 9.6 to 14.6; Notice of test scores and benchmarks (the first time) will be done by June 19.
Focus on fighting fraud and negativity in exams
Each exam council/examination point has inspectors setting up checkpoints, local police forces protecting the outside area, ensuring security, order and safety of the exam room. The work of preventing fraud and negativity is given special attention. The city has directed strict control of the steps of printing exam questions, transporting questions to exam boards/examination points, as well as collecting exam questions to the judging council. All processes are under the supervision of security forces and inspectors.
The Department also equips necessary technical equipment (such as metal detectors, surveillance cameras at the source of the title) to prevent high-tech fraud. Along with that, organized professional training on exam inspection for nearly 250 grassroots cadres and teachers in the area.
The hotline of the Exam Steering Committee is widely published to receive feedback, promptly handle arising situations, and demonstrate the commitment to the transparency and strictness of the exam.
The leader of the Department of Education and Training of Hai Phong City said that up to this point, the Department is ready for the exam with high determination to organize it successfully, seriously, in accordance with regulations, creating a fair, favorable and humane construction environment for students.
According to the plan, the amateur 10th grade entrance exam in Hai Phong took place in two days 3, 4.6, in the morning of 3.6 Literature exam, the afternoon of the Foreign Language Exam, the 4.6 Math exam. The 10th grade exam for Tran Phu is held from 5 to 7.6, of which 5.6 candidates carry out procedures; On 6.6, exams of Mathematics, Literature (morning) and English, French, Japanese, Informatics (afternoon); On 7.6, exams of Physics, Chemistry, Biology, History, Geography (Morning).
