If you don't love children, you can't be a preschool teacher
Ms. Le Lan Huong (born in 2000), currently a teacher at Sai Dong Talented Leadership Kindergarten (Phuc Loi Ward, Hanoi). When faced with choosing a career at the age of 18, Ms. Lan Huong decided to pursue preschool education for simple reasons: loving children, loving to care for and educate young children, creating a solid foundation for them to enter the next level of education.

Although 3 years of work are short, they are enough for Ms. Lan Huong to clearly feel the requirements and pressures of her job. In addition to expertise, caring for children requires great care and dedication from teachers.
The class she is in charge of has about 10 students at the age of 34 years - the stage when children develop the strongest in thinking, habits and excitement to explore. Therefore, teachers must not only take care of children, but also have the skills to observe, grasp psychology, and monitor physical development to promptly detect unusual signs in children.
This is all the knowledge I have learned in college, but it is not enough. In addition to class time, I also spend my evening reading books and searching for more documents online to accumulate my knowledge" - Ms. Lan Huong said and believed that the teaching profession, especially preschool teachers, although stressful, brings many values, helping her grow up every day.
At home, I am still a child of my parents, but when I entered school, I had to be more meticulous and disciplined, because I am the first model in the children's life. Therefore, I am aware that I have to practice myself every day" - the young teacher confided.
Sharing about her joy during her work, Ms. Lan Huong proudly showed off the messages and feelings parents sent to her on the occasion of November 20, including students who have left the kindergarten and entered a new level of education.
My happiness is to see children grow up every day. This is a great source of motivation for me and if I choose it again, I will still stick with the teaching profession - a profession that is not rich in money, but rich in love" - Ms. Huong expressed.
Student affection - the bond that holds a young teacher to her profession
Ms. Le Thu Thao (born in 2001), Literature teacher, Thach Ban Secondary School (Hanoi) said that after 3 years of working, what makes her most proud is the affection of her students. Students are of puberty with many changes in personality and psychology, but are willing to confide in young teachers about everything in life.

"The children share happy, sad, and even emotional stories. Being close to students helps me in my professional work" - Ms. Thu Thao expressed and said that perhaps the age gap is an advantage, helping students get close and open to her.
If Ms. Thu Thao scores points with students for her closeness and sharing, Ms. Pham Phuong Thao (born in 2000) - a Physics teacher at Thach Ban Secondary School, gives students exciting hours of study.

Physics is a subject that makes many people imagine a drought due to complex numbers, formulas, and theories. However, Ms. Thu Thao believes that Physics is closely linked to daily reality and she always tries to apply and incorporate real-life situations into the lessons to make study hours closer and not dry.
I often use virtual experimental software to help students understand the experiments. In addition, I can apply AI to have activities right at the beginning of each lesson, creating excitement for students before going to class" - Ms. Phuong Thao shared.
Ms. Khuc Thi My Hanh - Principal of Thach Ban Secondary School commented that Ms. Thu Thao and Ms. Phuong Thao are both enthusiastic young teachers, with good expertise and always strive in teaching and extracurricular activities.
However, both young teachers modestly said that they need to practice and strive every day to improve their pedagogical skills and communication skills with parents and students.
Before each lesson, I ask for opinions from colleagues and experienced teachers. The suggestions, support of teachers, encouragement and care of the board of directors help me feel confident in my profession and try to improve my professional capacity every day" - Ms. Thu Thao expressed.
"Young teachers at Thach Ban Secondary School often progress very quickly, partly due to their own efforts, partly thanks to the team of teachers with solid professional qualifications" - Ms. My Hanh emphasized.
