On the morning of November 18, at Hall D1, Banking Academy solemnly held a ceremony to celebrate the 42nd anniversary of Vietnamese Teachers' Day, November 20 (November 20, 1982 - November 20, 2024).
Attending the ceremony, comrade Nguyen Thi Hong, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam sent her congratulations and gratitude to teachers and staff of all periods of the school who have contributed to the development of the Banking Academy over the past 63 years.
Speaking at the ceremony, the Governor of the State Bank said: "The Banking Academy is not only a prestigious training institution of the Banking Industry but also deserves to be the leading reliable training cradle among the economic schools of Vietnam. The achievements of the banking industry are due to the persistent dedication and enthusiasm of teachers - those who are always devoted to the education career despite the difficulties and challenges of this journey".
At the ceremony, in addition to honoring and expressing gratitude for the great contributions of generations of lecturers and teaching staff of the Banking Academy as well as the entire education sector in the career of "growing people", individuals and groups of the Banking Academy were honored to receive certificates of merit from the Prime Minister of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam; certificates of merit from the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam.
The 42nd anniversary of Vietnamese Teachers' Day is a special occasion for teachers and students of the Banking Academy to look back on the proud past of the School. This is also an opportunity to review the efforts, endeavors and achievements of the School. At the same time, the ceremony also highlights the unfinished work to set specific goals and solutions to develop the Banking Academy to a new level, maintain the brand and enhance the reputation of the School.
Speaking at the ceremony, Associate Professor, Dr. Bui Huu Toan - Party Secretary, Chairman of the Banking Academy Council - emphasized: "According to the development strategy of the banking industry until 2045, the Banking Academy will become a smart university and all operations and activities of the Banking Academy will be conducted in a digital environment, meeting the requirements of green development and sustainable development of the Government".
During the past school year, lecturers, staff and employees throughout the Academy have strived to excellently complete their tasks of teaching, scientific research, staff training, and providing high-quality human resources for the banking industry and society.
Entering a new stage of development, besides great opportunities, there are also many difficulties and challenges. Banking Academy has been innovating, improving the quality of training, scientific research, consulting, advising competent authorities in planning mechanisms, policies and operating banking activities.
