On the morning of June 2, more than 11,800 candidates in Da Nang entered the first day of the 10th grade entrance exam for the 2025-2026 school year with Literature (120 minutes). In the afternoon of the same day, candidates will take the Foreign Language exam (60 minutes).
At exam locations such as Thai Phien High School (Thanh Khe District) and Phan Chau Trinh High School (Hai Chau District), authorities were present early to regulate traffic and ensure security and order.
This year, Da Nang has 31 official exam scores, including 30 exam scores for the 2018 program and 1 exam score for the 2006 program, along with 2 reserve exam scores. About 2,000 cadres and teachers were mobilized to review and mark the exams. More than 150 police officers and soldiers ensure security and order at the exam locations and areas where exam questions are printed. Mr. Pham Tan Ngoc Thuy, Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training of Da Nang, affirmed that all stages of organization have been carefully prepared, with scenarios and solutions to handle all arising situations so that the exam can take place safely, fairly and in accordance with regulations. The exam takes place over two days, June 2-3. Candidates taking the entrance exam to Le Quy Don High School for the Gifted will take the professional exam on June 4.
