According to the Government Portal on May 16, the Central Organizing Committee and the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army have just held a conference to give opinions on the organization and operation of the Commune Military Command and arrange the commander in the model of the new organizational and payroll model.

At the Conference, Major General Bui Cong Cong, Director of the Department of Organization, General Department of Politics of the People's Army (People's Army) of Vietnam presented a report on some contents of the organization, payroll and operation of the commune -level military command and arranged the commander of the Commune Military Command.

Through listening to the report, delegates focused on discussing and evaluating specifically the organization and operation of the Commune Military Command; Clarify the status of the quality of the current Military Command Head of the Commune Military Command as the basis for reporting to the Secretariat to direct the Provincial Party Committee and the Party Committee to appoint the Commander of the Commune Military Command to join the Party Committee and the Commune Party Committee Standing Committee for the term 2025-2030 according to Directive No. 45 of the Politburo.

At the same time, the General Department of Politics of the People's Army of Vietnam continues to review, supplement and complete documents related to the commune military command and commander of the commune military command to ensure consistency and convenience in the process of implementation when the commune military command is put into operation.
