This is a program organized by the Youth Employment Service Center in coordination with the Ho Chi Minh City Vocational Education Association, in coordination with relevant units, expected to attract more than 3,500 students from high schools, secondary schools and Vocational Education and Continuing Education Centers in Ho Chi Minh City, along with some neighboring wards such as Binh Duong and Ba Ria - Vung Tau before.
In addition, the festival also has the participation of many colleges, intermediate schools and vocational training units in the city.

According to the organizers, the activity aims to contribute to improving the effectiveness of career guidance in high schools, helping students have more information before choosing a major or career that suits their abilities and interests.
At the same time, the festival also creates opportunities for students and parents to interact and exchange directly with experts in the field of vocational education, thereby better understanding the needs of the labor market and job opportunities after graduation.
Within the framework of the program, many career counseling and experience activities are organized such as orientation seminars with the theme "Understand yourself correctly - Choose the right career", enrollment counseling areas of schools, as well as booths introducing and demonstrating real-life careers.
Students also participate in interactive activities such as the "Mark of Career Day 2026" program, creating a lively atmosphere and helping them access career information more visually.
The festival is one of the activities towards celebrating the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (March 26, 1931 – March 26, 2026), and at the same time continues the series of career orientation support programs that have been maintained for many years in Ho Chi Minh City.
