Due to the flood, the Department of Education and Training of Huong Khe district has directed principals to closely monitor the flood situation to take timely measures to ensure the safety of students, staff, teachers and employees; and ensure the safety of property, facilities and school buildings.
According to the report of the Office of the Steering Committee for Natural Disaster Prevention, Control and Search and Rescue of Huong Khe district, heavy rain in recent days has caused localized flooding on many roads and bridges in the area.
In Ky Anh district, heavy rain also flooded some spillways in Ky Son and Ky Lac communes, causing local isolation in these two localities since November 5.
According to the Ha Tinh Province Hydrometeorological Station, since November 7, the rain has stopped in this locality and the weather has returned to good.
