On 10.2, at Quoc Hoc High School - Hue, Hue City People's Committee held a ceremony to commend and reward 85 students who won the national prize and fostering excellent students in the 2024-2025 school year.
In the school year 2024 - 2025, Hue City established 11 teams of excellent national students participating in the exams of Math, Physics, Chemistry, Tin, Literature, History, Geography, English, French and Japanese with 108 students.
The teams have been trained from October 20, 2024 to December 24, 2024, with the support of experts from major universities in the country, with the help of former national students - Hue won the international prize. .
As a result, students won a total of 85 prizes, including 2 first prizes, 15 second prizes, 43 third prizes and 25 consolation prizes. In particular, the historical team has 2 students winning the first prize, of which 1 child achieved the highest test scores nationwide. The teams of Physics, Mathematics, Biology, Literature, Informatics, Chemistry and Geography all achieve high prizes, notably the physical team with 100% of students winning prizes.
Mr. Nguyen Phu Tho, Principal of Quoc Hoc High School - Hue, said that this is the highest number of prizes ever, exceeding 11 prizes compared to the previous year (74 prizes). With this achievement, Hue City continues to be in the leading group of the country in terms of achievements of national excellent students.
In addition, 4 excellent students from the biological and physical teams will participate in the second round of the international team and the area expected to take place in March.
The reward for students winning the National HSG prize according to the resolution of Hue City People's Council: the first prize of 40 million VND, the second prize of 20 million VND, the third prize of 14 million VND and the Consolation Prize of 10 million VND.
