According to the report, Hung Yen High School for the Gifted has more than 30 classes with more than 1,000 students and about 100 staff, teachers and employees, many of whom have postgraduate qualifications. The school's key educational quality remains stable in the leading group of provinces, each year winning many national and provincial excellent student awards; the graduation and university admission rate is 100%. In the period of 2025 - 2030, the school aims to expand the number of classes, strengthen international cooperation and build to become one of the key educational institutions in the region.
At the meeting, the school's leaders recommended that the province continue to invest in upgrading facilities, due to many items being degraded, lacking functional rooms and equipment to serve national teams; at the same time, propose policies to support excellent teachers and students to improve competitiveness and attract students in the area.
Speaking at the meeting, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Quang Ngoc acknowledged and highly appreciated the school's achievements, especially its contribution to the province's key education. The provincial leaders emphasized that schools need to frankly acknowledge difficulties in recruiting students, attracting resources and improving training quality.

Regarding development orientation, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Education and Training to coordinate with departments and branches to review the current situation, develop a key investment plan, and soon complete the development project of two specialized high schools in the province.
The project aims at a model of a sustainable, fully functional educational institution, meeting cultural and physical training and comprehensive capacity development for students; at the same time, studying preferential policies for teachers and students. The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested to study the new construction location, strive to start construction in 2026, with an open mindset, modern and iconic infrastructure, affirming the province's educational position.
