Regarding this issue, the Ministry of Education and Training answers as follows: The time for issuing accounts for all candidates, including candidates who need to take the high school exam to get admission scores and do not take the high school exam, is to be issued accounts to register for admission at locations specified by the Department of Education and Training from May 1 to May 2026.
To be granted an account, candidates need to submit a Personal Information Registration Form according to the form in Appendix VI of Admission Instruction No. 2304/BGDĐT-GDĐH, directly at the reception point specified by the Department of Education and Training at the place of permanent residence.
