According to the Department of Education and Training of Kien Giang province, in the 2025 high school graduation exam, the Department will organize 87 application reception points, of which 20 points will be for independent candidates. The whole province established a test monitoring committee with 30 test scores, an increase of 4 test scores compared to 2024. Of which, there is 1 exam score for free candidates taking the exam according to the 2006 general education program (located at the Kien Giang Continuing Education Center). Kien Giang province has 67 units registered to compete.
To date, Kien Giang has over 15,200 students studying in grades 12; of which more than 13,300 are general education students, more than 1,800 are continuing education students; 51 people have completed the general education program but have not yet graduated from high school in 2024.

The 2025 high school graduation exam will be simultaneously organized according to the 2018 general education program and the 2006 general education program.
