Hanoi Department of Education and Training on June 16 said that it is expected to announce the entrance exam scores for 10th grade high school in the 2026-2027 school year from June 19 to 22.
The 10th grade high school entrance exam for the 2026-2027 school year takes place from May 30 to June 1 with more than 124,000 candidates participating. Candidates take three subjects including Literature, Mathematics and Foreign Language to be considered for admission to non-specialized public high schools; students who register for admission to specialized schools take specialized subject exams according to regulations.
The city has established 222 exam sites. The exam organization work is deployed synchronously, ensuring safety, seriousness and compliance with regulations at exam sites throughout the city.
In the 2026 - 2027 school year, Hanoi has 124,915 candidates registered for the first wish to enter 10th grade of non-specialized public high schools; 121,792 candidates registered for the second wish and the number of candidates registered for the third wish is 108,358. Meanwhile, the total enrollment quota assigned to 122 non-specialized public high schools is 79,533 students.
It is expected that from June 19 to 22, candidates can look up the results on the Electronic Information Portal of the Hanoi Department of Education and Training (https://hanoi.edu.vn), the city's first-level entrance portal (https://tsdaucap.hanoi.gov.vn).
In the same period, the benchmark scores for 10th grade of public high schools in the 2026-2027 school year will also be announced by the Hanoi Department of Education and Training.
