The 2025 high school graduation exam takes place from June 26 to 27, 2025. According to the plan, at 8:00 a.m. on July 16, candidates can look up their exam scores.

This year, Hanoi has a total of 124,072 candidates registered to take the exam, being the locality with the largest number of candidates in the country. Of which, 2,565 candidates took the exam under the 2006 general education program.
The city has arranged 233 exam points, including 229 points for candidates in the 2018 program and 4 separate exam points for candidates in the 2006 program. There are a total of 5,587 exam rooms, including 5,172 official rooms, 182 waiting rooms and 233 reserve rooms.
More than 16,000 cadres, teachers and staff were mobilized to serve the exam. In addition, Hanoi also arranged nearly 900 police officers to be on duty at the stages of exam checking, transporting subjects, making pageants and marking exams; 625 supervisors and many surprise inspection teams to ensure the exam takes place seriously and in accordance with regulations.
After reviewing the exam scores, candidates can calculate the high school graduation score in 2025.
The graduation recognition score from 2025 includes the scores of candidates taking the exam (accounting for 50%); the average score (DTB) for high school years (accounting for 50%) and priority points, if any.

After having the exam scores, the Departments of Education and Training will consider recognizing the graduation certificate for each candidate, to be completed by July 18, 2025 at the latest.
