In recent days, many parents of students at Nguyen Van Cu Elementary School (Quy Nhon Nam ward, Gia Lai) have been upset and reflected that English teachers intentionally revised students' exam papers to score low scores.
Notably, many exam papers showed signs of being interfered with by adding strokes to letters and words to answers in order to misrepresent the results.
A few papers can still be considered scoring incorrectly, but these are many papers that are wrong in the same way. I propose that the school verify and clarify because this greatly affects the psychology, making children no longer motivated to try their best in studying," a parent of a 3C grade student complained.

After the parent's feedback sent to the school, the incident quickly spread on the social network Facebook, attracting public attention.
Informing Lao Dong Newspaper, Ms. Mac Hoan To Quyen - Principal of Nguyen Van Cu Elementary School - confirmed that the incident occurred as parents reflected. Recognizing the seriousness of the incident, the school established an inspection team and conducted verification.
Through inspection, 14 parents of class 3C and 5 parents of class 4B reflected that English teachers self-corrected students' exams. From the verification results, the school determined that Ms. T.T.K.N - an English teacher - showed signs of correcting students' exams.

Currently, the school has temporarily suspended Ms. N. from teaching, but Ms. N. still has to go to the school to coordinate in clarifying the matter. When it was found that there were signs of violations by teachers, the school reported the incident to the Ward People's Committee," Ms. Quyen informed.
Ms. Quyen said that Ms. N. is still making a report on the incident and has not sent it back to the school. The school has invited 19 parents with feedback to work and has responded to initial information.
The school is committed to handling violating teachers in accordance with regulations, ensuring the rights of students. At the same time, on behalf of Ms. N., the school has apologized to the parents," Ms. Quyen said.
According to the Principal of Nguyen Van Cu Elementary School, Ms. N. transferred to work at the school 3 years ago and had not previously recorded a similar incident.
During the process of working with the verification team, Ms. N. showed signs of being psychologically affected. This teacher also admitted to correcting the student's lesson, but could not explain the reason.
