On April 2, speaking with a reporter from Lao Dong Newspaper, a representative of the People's Committee of Quan Hoa District (Thanh Hoa Province) said that the unit had recently received a petition reflecting that Ms. Le Thi Hue - Principal of Trung Son Kindergarten, Quan Hoa District - had many violations in management and inappropriate behavior towards teachers.
According to the petition, over the years, Ms. Hue - as Principal of Trung Son Kindergarten has committed many violations, even insulted teachers in the school, causing many people to be upset.
Typically: in the 2021-2022 school year, creating fake records of caregivers at the school to receive budget funding, with an amount of 12 million VND; Arbitrarily taking the school's refrigerator and water tank to use at home.
Notably, the complaint also stated: in the 2021-2022 school year, Ms. Hue used insulting words towards teachers, calling them "hampers", causing teachers to be upset and the local authorities and Quan Hoa district had to intervene to resolve the issue.
In addition, the petition also reflects a number of violations related to financial work and revenue and expenditure at Trung Son Kindergarten.
"Recently, the leaders of the District Party Committee received the above petition, then forwarded it to the District People's Committee to request verification and clarification" - the representative of the District People's Committee informed.
Also according to the leader of the People's Committee of Quan Hoa district, the content of the petition reflecting Ms. Hue's inappropriate behavior towards teachers is an incident that has occurred since 2021. After that, the district leaders directly called Ms. Hue up to remind and rectify. The Trung Son Commune Party Committee has also taken disciplinary action, Ms. Hue personally apologized collectively and the incident was temporarily closed.
"Up to now, the district has continued to receive petitions, named as a group of staff and teachers of Trung Son Kindergarten, reflecting many contents, including Ms. Hue's inappropriate behavior. The district has directed relevant functional departments to verify and clarify the content. If violations are detected, they will be strictly handled" - said a representative of the People's Committee of Quan Hoa district.
It is known that regarding the above incident, on April 2, the Department of Education and Training of Thanh Hoa province also issued a document requesting the People's Committee of Quan Hoa district to urgently intervene, clarify and report to the Department on April 4.
