On October 29, Mr. Nguyen Khanh Thanh - Chairman of the People's Committee of Bich Hao Commune (Nghe An) - confirmed that the Commune Police are coordinating with the school to clarify the incident of a group of students fighting in the area.
According to initial information, at about 5:15 p.m. on October 27, at bida 98 (Giang Tien hamlet, Bich Hao commune), N.H.D (born in 2010, residing in Lam Son hamlet) was beaten by two male students, N.X.M and T.H.H (both born in 2009, residing in Xuan Hien hamlet) with a bida stick, causing injuries. D was taken to Nghe An General Hospital by relatives for emergency treatment and is currently being treated at Nghe An Provincial Friendship Hospital.
Images from the security camera at the restaurant showed that about 8-9 students were standing around the bidding table, after which a male student suddenly rushed in to attack the man wearing a black shirt, causing the victim to fall to the floor. Many other students continued to use their hands, feet and bid sticks to beat them consecutively.
Initially, it was determined that the children involved were all in grade 10 at Dang Thai Mai High School (Nghe An). Bich Hao Commune Police have summoned relevant parties and consolidated the case file for handling according to regulations.
A representative of the Nghe An Department of Education and Training said that they have received the information, requested the school to specifically report the incident and strengthen coordination with authorities to stabilize the psychology of students.
