The amount of donations registered through the account of the Central Relief Mobilization Committee - Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front is over 1,066.764 billion VND.

On October 21, Mr. Do Van Chien, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front, Central organizations, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front received support from the Ministry of Construction in the amount of 5 billion VND; Vietnam Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) in the amount of 10 billion VND; K15 student collective of Hanoi Law University in the amount of 105 million VND; Thanh Xuan Trung Primary School, Thanh Xuan Ward, Hanoi in the amount of 80 million VND.

Presenting the donation of 5 billion VND to the Central Relief Mobilization Committee, Mr. Tran Hong Minh, member of the Party Central Committee, Minister of Construction, shared and responded to the call of the Presidium of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front to support people in areas affected by storms, the collective leadership, cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers of the Ministry of Construction organized a donation and support of 5 billion VND to share difficulties with people in affected localities, demonstrating the spirit of "Mutual love", "The healthy leaves cover the torn leaves" of the Vietnamese nation.

Immediately after storms No. 10 and No. 11 occurred, many agencies and units under the Ministry of Construction proactively donated, directly visited and supported people in damaged areas, thereby contributing to promptly encouraging people to overcome difficulties and stabilize their lives, Minister Tran Hong Minh expressed and said that in parallel with joint support, the Ministry of Construction has increased the mobilization of forces and resources to quickly overcome the consequences of storms and floods, ensuring smooth traffic and other essential infrastructure; at the same time, focusing on supporting localities to build houses to avoid floods in the coming time.

Receiving the donation, on behalf of the Presidium of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and with personal affection, Chairman Do Van Chien expressed his sincere and deep gratitude to the hearts and noble gestures of cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers of the Ministry of Construction who have sent it to people affected by floods; at the same time, emphasizing that not only donating the donation money through the account of the Central Relief Mobilization Committee but also the Ministry of Construction directly provides support in localities - this demonstrates the spirit of mutual love, the spirit of sharing for the community and the profound humanistic spirit.

Referring to the heavy damage that people in the provinces are having to overcome when floods pass, Chairman Do Van Chien said that when directly accompanying the working group of General Secretary To Lam to Thai Nguyen province, there were families who were choked up by floodwaters that swept away all their assets, and what remained in their houses was damaged and difficult to overcome. Based on that reality, the Central Relief Mobilization Committee will allocate the donations to the right address as soon as possible to help people in the provinces affected by storms and floods have more resources to rebuild their lives as soon as possible.

Sending health wishes to the collective leadership, cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers of the Ministry of Construction, Chairman Do Van Chien hopes that the Ministry of Construction will continue to strongly promote the good traditions of the Industry, implement and successfully complete the political tasks assigned by the Party and State, actively contribute to the sustainable development of the country; at the same time, continue to accompany the Vietnam Fatherland Front in activities to support social security and essential infrastructure so that poor households and households in difficult circumstances can develop the economy with peace of mind and escape poverty sustainably.

Also on October 21, donating 10 billion VND to the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Mr. Tran Minh Binh, Chairman of the Board of Directors (BOD) of Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade shared that with the spirit of "mutual love", VietinBank has quickly accompanied the Central Relief Committee - Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front to call on all cadres, employees, customers and the community to join hands with the Party and the State to support the People to overcome the damage caused by storms and floods, quickly overcome difficulties, restore production and stabilize their lives.

Mr. Tran Minh Binh said that in parallel with the activity of donating money to the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, in localities, the Vietinbank staff have coordinated with the Vietnam Fatherland Front to provide support to families in difficult circumstances when floods pass with the desire to contribute more resources with local authorities to help families soon rebuild their lives when floods pass.

Thanking the Vietinbank staff for sharing the difficulties that people in flood-affected areas are experiencing, Chairman Do Van Chien hopes that in the coming time, the bank will continue to do business effectively, successfully completing the set goals to have more resources with the Party, State, and the Vietnam Fatherland Front to care for the poor and people in difficult circumstances in society.

Also on October 21, Ms. Ha Thi Nga, member of the Party Central Committee, Vice President of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, received VND2 billion from the Chinese Business Association in Vietnam; VND636.113 million from the Vietnam Association of Former Teachers; VND5,500 from the Vietnam Association of Vietnamese in Westsachsen zwickau, Federal Republic of Germany; VND300 million from the Vietnam Fatherland Front Company.
