According to the clip, there were more than a dozen young men, most of whom were wearing white uniforms, forcing the victim into the fence. Many other students stood around observing or filming clips, without any act to stop them.
A quick report from Vietnam - Korea Quang Ninh College said: The incident occurred at around 7:30 a.m. on September 5, a group of students had a conflict and rubbish right in front of the school gate.
Immediately after the incident, the Student Affairs Department coordinated with homeroom teachers, departments/subjects to review, verify the identities of the individuals involved and report to the authorities.
Currently, the school is coordinating with the Quang Ninh Provincial Police to investigate, verify, and strictly handle according to regulations.
