Confident in the innovation of education and training

Ms. Mai Anh Nguyet - teacher at Nguyen Cong Tru Secondary School (Ba Dinh District, Hanoi) shared that the 70-year journey of the establishment of the Capital Education and Training sector has recorded many special marks, including the implementation period of the 2018 general education program.

"Looking back over the past 4 years, teachers have undergone many changes and transformations. Unlike the old program, the 2018 General Education program has the participation of many textbooks. Teachers are empowered to be proactive and creative with new teaching methods, educating in a way that promotes students' individual abilities more. The role of teachers has changed from the main subject of imparting knowledge to the role of organizers, guides, orienters, and supporters for students. I am proud to work in the education sector and believe that this change will train many talents to contribute to the development of the country" - Ms. Anh Nguyet shared.

Emotion and pride were also shared by Teacher Nguyen Phuong Hoa - Principal of Vinh Tuy Primary School on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the establishment of the Capital's Education and Training sector.

“I am proud to continue writing the traditional history of the capital’s education sector. I came to the teaching profession because of “fate”, and I am attached to the teaching profession because of the two words “happiness”. Happiness in living, in contributing, happiness in sharing knowledge, happiness in growing up, and happiness simply because I get to see the smiles of my students every day they go to school…” - Ms. Hoa said emotionally.

Ms. Hoa expressed her belief that the capital's education sector will certainly continue to develop, grow, and constantly progress, achieving more and more great and good results, meeting new requirements well.
