On June 12, Mr. Nguyen Khac Than - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Nghe An Provincial National Assembly Delegation chaired a meeting of the Standing Committee of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee to discuss and decide on a number of contents under its authority.
At the meeting, the Standing Committee of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee listened, gave opinions and approved the policy of establishing public primary, secondary, and high schools based on receiving Hermann Gmeiner Vinh High School after dissolution.
At the same time, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee also approved the Project to establish the Nghe An Children's Protection Center based on receiving SOS Children's Village Vinh.
According to the proposed plan, the school's organizational structure is implemented according to Circular 15/2026 of the Ministry of Education and Training. Regarding personnel, Nghe An province prioritizes receiving and organizing the appointment of school management staff, including 4 management staff and 1 accountant.
In the long term, the school will recruit teachers through exams; and at the same time receive good teachers, attract good students to improve the quality of teaching and learning.
After the project to establish a public school is approved, all students of Hermann Gmeiner Vinh High School who are studying in the private system will have their benefits transferred according to the State's regulations on studying in the public system. The enrollment of first grades is carried out according to current regulations.
The Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee unanimously named the school Tran Quoc Hoan High School.
At the meeting, the Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee also listened and gave opinions on some other important contents under its authority.
