Previously, Hanoi - Thai Hoa Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company held a ceremony to announce the decision to admit union members and establish a grassroots trade union. The grassroots trade union of Hanoi - Thai Hoa Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company was established under Decision No. 216 dated April 29, 2026 of the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation. At the ceremony, 20 employees of the branch were recognized as members of the Vietnam Trade Union.

According to Ms. Nguyen Hoang Yen - official of the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation, mobilizing the development of union members and establishing grassroots trade unions is a work that requires perseverance.
Data from the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation, as of May 2026, the whole province has 151,847 union members, operating in 669 grassroots trade unions. In the first 4 months of the year alone, the whole province has newly established 23 grassroots trade unions, admitted 2,634 union members, and at the same time developed more than 3,000 union members at units that already have trade union organizations.
