Prioritize experience and skill development
Before the summer, Mr. Nguyen Van Ut (O Mon district, Can Tho city) had searched for extracurricular classes for his daughter. This is the optimal solution for the couple when both are busy with work, and their grandparents are old and have no means of caring for them.
Instead of dry knowledge classes, Mr. Ut decided to invest in skills courses, both to help his children relax after stressful days of studying and to have the opportunity to discover and develop themselves.
"I like experiential activities so we respect your opinions. Participating in gifted and skills classes will help children get used to their careers, create traditional handicraft products by hand and practice the necessary soft skills," Mr. Ut excitedly said.

While her son is entering the second semester final exam, Ms. Bui Thi Kieu Oanh (Ninh Kieu district, Can Tho city) has begun planning for summer extracurricular classes. The criteria she gave were to meet her relaxation needs combined with improving her son's skills and experience.
"I have spent nearly a year learning knowledge, I think summer is the time for me to relax and experience the activities I love. After asking my child's opinion and considering it, I plan to let him learn to swim and experience agricultural activities, pottery making, baking,... at the centers," said Ms. Oanh.
"This summer's course is estimated at nearly 3 million VND/month, but both my husband and I are very satisfied. I not only learn to swim but also have the opportunity to experience pottery making, baking cakes and agricultural activities," Ms. Oanh happily said.
Carefully find a reputable place
For Mr. Ut, investing in summer courses for children is not only a solution to fill his free time but also an opportunity for him to develop comprehensively. This is what he cares about first before considering tuition fees.
"I don't want my children to waste their summer vacation on passive activities like watching TV or playing on the phone. We have considered the tuition fee level to suit the economy and ability of the family. I hope my child can participate in useful extracurricular activities, interact with friends, practice health and discover new things, Mr. Ut shared.

Currently, on social networking platforms, there are many summer experience courses with attractive incentives, but reputable addresses and classroom quality are what Ms. Oanh cares about the most.
"I not only look at tuition fees but also care about whether the course content is really suitable for my child's interests and age. I also learned about the center's experience in organizing extracurricular activities, reviewing certificates to ensure my children can study in a quality and safe environment," Ms. Oanh expressed.
