Teacher Hai has been a vice principal for more than 10 years at Ha Tinh Ethnic Minority Boarding Secondary and High School and Phuc Trach High School.
To facilitate streamlining the management staff, teacher Hai voluntarily asked to return to work as a teacher, even though he is only 52 years old this year.
Stop being a management official, then being a teacher is also normal, as long as I continue to be attached to the pedagogical environment to contribute a part of my strength to the cause of education," teacher Hai shared.
According to Mr. Hai, this time, all the board of directors of Phuc Trach High School have resigned from their positions. Among them, the Principal, Mr. Phan Van Toan, resigned early, and another Vice Principal, Mr. Tran Nam Cuong, voluntarily resigned as a teacher.
Mr. Nguyen Huu Danh - Principal of Nguyen Dong Chi High School, Dong Kinh commune said that he has voluntarily resigned from his position to return to teaching biology.
After 5 years of working, that is, by 2031, teacher Danh will reach retirement age.
In this arrangement, Nguyen Dong Chi High School is merged with Nguyen Van Troi High School, Mai Phu commune.

According to Mr. Danh, although he has been a management official for 23 years, when he returned to being a teaching teacher, it did not make him feel unfamiliar or encounter any difficulties.
At Dang Van Kieu Kindergarten, Cam Binh commune, Ms. Tran Thi Ha - Vice Principal of the school also voluntarily resigned from her position to become a teacher.
Previously, Ms. Ha had many years as Principal of Thach Binh Kindergarten.
In May 2026, Thach Binh Kindergarten merged with Cam Vinh Kindergarten, becoming Dang Van Kieu Kindergarten.
Ms. Ha said that she had less than 2 years of service before retiring. Realizing that she was old, she volunteered to become a teacher.
This both creates opportunities for young management officials to contribute and facilitates the process of arranging and streamlining the apparatus at educational institutions.
According to the arrangement plan for public educational institutions of Ha Tinh Provincial People's Committee, the whole province will reduce from 649 to 235 schools and centers.
Thus, the locality expects to reduce 414 focal points, equivalent to a rate of 63.79%.
The whole province is also expected to rearrange 3,006 management officials and staff at educational institutions. After arrangement, it is expected to arrange 2,214 people, an excess of 792 people.
