Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Hoang Giang emphasized that putting the new school into use shows the concern of the Party, State and province for education in ethnic minority areas, remote areas, and border areas.

At A Mu Sung, nearly 1,200 students of A Mu Sung Primary and Secondary Boarding School attended the inauguration and opening ceremony of the new school year.

Opening up more learning opportunities for highland students

In Y Ty commune, Y Ty Primary and Secondary Boarding School also organized the inauguration and opening ceremony in a direct combined online form, connected with the general opening program nationwide.

The project has a total investment of 260 billion VND, built on an area of about 5.4 hectares, including 8 building blocks with a system of classrooms, department rooms, dormitories, dining rooms, multi-purpose buildings, teacher dormitories and auxiliary works.

The school is synchronously invested in teaching equipment, equipment for living, sports, fire prevention and fighting, and technical items, meeting the learning and accommodation needs of about 980 students.

In the 2026-2027 school year, the school was approved to enroll 980 students from grades 3 to 9, including 962 boarding students and 18 semi-boarding students.

The completion of the projects and putting them into use on time for the opening ceremony creates more conditions for students in border areas to study and live in a spacious and synchronous environment.

This is also the foundation for schools to improve the quality of education, better care for ethnic minority students and contribute to the development of local human resources.
