At the event, new bachelor of Industrial Electricity Nguyen Thi Huong had a job right after the graduation ceremony. Huong is the only female college student majoring in Industrial Electricity recruited during her internship.
Previously, Huong interned at Minh Phuc Technical Services Company Limited and was highly appreciated by the enterprise for her dynamism and adaptability. "We decided to officially hire him after finishing his internship," said the company representative.
Coming from a poor family, Huong has tried her best to study and take advantage of overtime to cover living expenses.
"Thanks to the school's equipping me with theoretical and practical knowledge, I can adapt quickly to the job. I am very happy and grateful to have received it from the company right during my internship, Huong shared.
Not only Nguyen Thi Huong, many other new bachelors of Dak Nong Community College also received job offers from large enterprises inside and outside the province.
According to the school's leaders, the training model has been innovated to meet the actual needs of the labor market. In addition, the school also organizes job fairs, helping to increase the rate of students having jobs right after graduation.
