That is the love for the profession, love for both the agricultural and teaching professions. The desire to help learners understand and work well after graduation has helped me always think, improve teaching methods, practical equipment,... Moreover, I myself also want to contribute to sustainable agriculture and the community," Ms. Chau shared.

The female PhD emphasized that subtle observation and patience are the advantages and strengths for her and her female colleagues to form practical initiatives that are easy to apply to production reality.
Women have advantages in keen observation, patience and meticulousness. This is the "key" to forming practical initiatives. I always aspire that my initiatives will help farmers reduce risks, reduce heavy labor and increase income," Ms. Chau confided.
